Who will
be in my  home?
 
A crew of highly trained personnel in uniform and supervised by our management staff. Our management staff does frequent quality control checks to insure the quality of work in your home.

What time will you be cleaning my home?  
Our normal work days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

Do I need to be home?  
It is not necessary to be home in fact most of our customers are not.  We can make prior arrangements for keys to get in or if you're in an apartment home residents can authorize entry by notifying the office at your complex.

How do I pay for my cleaning? 
Simply leave a check or cash on the counter top each visit we make to your home or make arrangements with our office to be invoiced by the month. Alternatively, you can pay conveniently using your Credit Card.

How will I know when to expect my cleaning? 
You will be entered into our system with a specific cleaning schedule and we will call or email you the evening before your scheduled clean for notification of you upcoming service. At that time you can notify us of any special instructions. You can also alway log-in online to view or edit your current services.

Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items.

What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?
We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.

Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by A+ Maid Service. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.
